SPLC Fails
This issue started after I turned up the gain a little on my MTX TE1501d.
I'll turn my deck on, and either it will start or kick in after I either turn it up or leave it playing for a minute or so. The sub will kick in and play a single note quite loudly, I'd say about 135db (compared to my 140db I'm maxing). It will continue to play it until I turn off the deck, not if I mute it or pause the song.
I tried resetting the deck and tweaking setting on the amp to no avail. I can't quite figure it out. Idk whether it's a problem with the amp or deck, but I'm assuming it's the amp. I did just repair it by throwing in new transistors (not output transistors). Anyone have an idea?
