re mt 18 box?

i like good street bass so im looking for a good box design for that! its going to go in an extended cab chevy truck also. should i use older style port tubes or square port design? i wanna run it in like 7.5 cubs becasue all i have is a jl 1000 for the time being! I would be greatful if anybody had any input! thanks

sub up port up,

40 width, 20 tall, 20 deep,

pvc, would be pretty easy
