Exactly, but consumers will not realize this until it is to late. It is already starting to happen. Look at all the BS companies that are popping up everyday and claiming outragous results with shitty products.I agree with this here. But here is something interesting to consider that I would hope top tier companies are already considering.
According to ga, if dealers make the comps; therefore if no dealers no comps. I see the logic in that. If there are no comps, then it reduces demand for higher end equipment (spl use...some sq will still be around because of its practicality). Then these companies will start to reduce R & D and product line. Then limiting what we as consumers can buy.
With no comps subs like Solo Xs and Mts or even BTLs wouldnt exist, or bigger strappable amps for that matter. Companies wpould prolly still come up with marketing products like the jackhammer(on limited production) to wow the unknowing consumers but we all know what that is about. $5000 dollars worth of MTs or SOLOs would likely decimate the MTX.
