For 300.00 ???

Why would you take the time to reply that you know something waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better for the price??? But not let on the Brand/Model???

Are you one of those guys that already has a wangin system and now is kinda bored and just like to jump in threads and talk ish, when people are looking for help/info???

Maybe its me, I've been away for awhile and sometimes don't understand folks...

I'm wanting to redo my system I have several old School RE XXXs, from like 2003 2004 (dual VC, 2 OHM) and several Hifonics BX 1500Ds from around the same time... The 1500Ds were supposed to put out 1500x1@1Ohm...

I was thinking about trying a different amp this time...

When I re-do my sytem I was going to try 4 of the 12s and 4 of some sub amp... So I was looking for something that puts out enough to push the crap outta those XXXs...

That RE XT4000DE V2's specs look like the power I'm looking for...

I thought about ordering just one, to test it out....

Just throw a sundown 4500d on 'em //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
Is that an older model? Its not even listed on their page @ http://www.sundownaudio.com/index.php/products/amplifiers.html

I see a SAZ-3500D, which from looking at the specs, might be more than I can afford and more than I could power... Holy crap, that thing takes a 300 amp fuse... Now times that by 4.... Good God Man!!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Nice!!! But the same or more expensive than the previously mentioned AX-3200DE ...

So what would be better push those 12" XXXs,

4 older Hifonics BX 1500D

or

4 RE XT-4000DE

Man, those guys are Monsters in size too...
Know of anything a tad smaller/cheaper???

Remember I need four...
Oh, I wasn't recommending the AX32000DE to you. I was just pointing out a good deal on a bada$$ amp.

I think you could probably find better amps than the XTV2 series. I haven't really read any good reviews for them. I've used the older XTerminators, and I was never really impressed with them, and I hear the XTV2's are basically the same. But, like you said, the price isn't that bad. Maybe you should go ahead and test one of them out. You may like them...

I hate descisions.... I'm never happy with what I buy... I also thought about 2 Hifonics Colossus...

They are rated, 2 x 1600-Watts RMS @ 1-Ohm... One of those per pair...

I know lots of people are anti-US Amps on this forum, but I've always liked their stuff. I'd pick US Amps over Hifonics anyday. Hifonics are good for the price, but those XTV2's aren't really that expensive either. As long as you have good electrical, they should do close to rated, and they look pretty clean too.

You could do better, but you could do worse too.

Check out some RD amps: http://www.rdaudio.net. Their prices are pretty fair (good for the quality), and I'm yet to hear anything bad about their equipment...

Anybody remember that video a guy took from an interview with a US Amps Rep?

I can't find the link //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Also the Sundown 4500 can be had fairly inexpensive if you're on the team. Try send in an app for the "Team".

Yeah, that was pretty bad...straight up lying to the consumer, and then admitting it.
