Its not. I'm pretty sure it's more of a advertisement for RD's subs.

Well people had been complaining on here that no one has heard RD subs even being in people's cars. Well, thats not entirely the case now....so I dont know if that suggests advertising or not. This is supposed to be a fun hobby, and its fun to try out new subs. I tried out a new sub. Real simple.... I didnt think people would get all butthurt about it.

quite the contrary. if you post logical and well thought out information that makes sense, then people will get informed about said equipment.

i just cant understand how you think that what you origionally posted makes any sense at all.

That would explain a lot.

It would be nice if they would send the sub to someone who would actually take time for a real review. That might sell the subs a little better in my book.

im confident, that with this review you dont know a **** thing about sound quality.
i will take whatever you say with a grain of salt. the comments "it played too low for me" and "i like 40 to 50 hz notes"

this review makes me sick to my stomach actually.

I think your taking to much offense to this snoopdan...

You said it yourself, your an SPL guy. Why the hell are they sending you SQ subs is beyond me, to the rest of us it really does look like just more RD exposure, hence the negative responses in this thread...

I really dont know why Steve sent me a SQ sub. I really couldnt test it properly (and never claimed that I could either) so //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif .... but he has suggested to me that he would send some larger SPL subs to me in the comming week, and perhaps even an amp.. Now when they (or if they) arrive, i'll properly test them and slam the shit out of them.

But Steve asked me to try out this sub, and just tell him what I thought about it. Thats really all. He wasnt even interested in it getting exposure, I just figured .... hell I got a sub here, lets at least throw some pics up about it. Other people post threads about their new sub, and people say "cool..." or "neat" .... I post up about a sub and I get shit from people. So yeah, maybe I am taking it a bit personal. For anyone who knows me, im not out to be a 1UP or try to prove anything, this is just a hobby and wanted to share a new toy.

I dont expect everyone to like my post, that would be asking way too much of some of the people on here, but I guess I dont understand some of the attitudes towards me when I just enjoy the hobby. so meh....i tried.
