rattling sound coming from port.

i pulled it out. turned the music on low, and held my fingers on the part underneath the cone. and it would stop. definitely something not right with this speaker.

my L5 does the same thing, i just said fuk it i can't hear the shit on the inside so i'm just waiting for it to go if it is something with the speaker

Is it a kind of metallic sound? I am assuming that the speaker no longer reproduces music anymore, or at least for the most part. I would have to guess you have blown the speaker and it will either need to be reconed or you need to buy a new one.

Hmm... my speaker kinda did that. Turned out to be port noise in my case.

yeah, it's deff not as loud as the other. and if i turn the music up i can hear it over the music. is reconing expensive? is it worth doing? it's not like it's a real high end speaker.

Lower right corner? Cone separation maybe? Is the cone coming apart from the surround? Maybe it is tinsel slap? I don't know what kind of sound tinsel slap makes, but I know that you can definitely hear it from everyone's recounts, and I heard it was a problem with the square subs Kicker makes, at least the older models.
