Just spent an hour and a half sharpening and then polishing what I have to say is my most carried knife ever, the Kershaw Bel Air. Sharpened at 26° and mirror polished to 10,000 grit. This is the first sharpening for this knife.

3d test printing a 5" aero (I'm not friend is)

For 5" ports I use kraft mailing tubes. Although I have never used a flare, I think making a wooden one should not be difficult.
