Raised design on boxes

heres a few shots of the box i used the cardboard on, where i work we deal with alot of cardboard an most of it is pretty thick kind, kinda like how those one's the amps comes in sometimes. it was a pain to cut with a dull blade but i got it out, drew it out first then cut it out.

the covering i use on my boxes is not the tough stuff its really fleece, it streches an it made that logo really pop i like how it turned out.

If you go get small sheets of balsa wood from a hobby store and a dremel with a small cylindrical bit on it you can basically carve the balsa to the emblem you want, pretty easy and quick with the dremel and fairly precise.

You can indent and smash balsa wood with your bare fingers though. I don't think that would hold up the greatest would it?
