I broke a tinsel lead on my mt 15 and dont feel like sending it in for a recone. I have decided to go with 2 12's. I have a convertable camaro so I have very limited space. probably 2.5 cubes total. Im lookiong for a setup that will have the output of my mt 15 but would like to gain a little sound quality in the process. I have a powerbass xa3000 amp. any suggestions on a dual 12" setup? I have around $600-$800 to spend, maybe a little more!

so far, this is what im thinking about.

FI btl

so u have 3k watts and 2.5 cubes?

im guessing 2 12s sealed then lol

i would do 2 hd3s probably but they could take more than 1.5k each esp. sealed

or mags if u want it to sound niiiice, i think ud be happy with hd3s tho

ill give ya 150 for the mt motor //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I may take u up on the offer but i want to get some other things taken care of before i decide what to do with the mt

looks like im leaning twords the hd3's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif but im still open to suggestions.

U dont seal DD/AQs specially the HD3.I dont know how u gonna find 2 12s that will share 2.5cubes and handle 3k.U could just do 1 12"hd3,if u had a lil more run I would say run 2 12" dd 2500s

I understand the fact that the amount of space i have isnt the greatest. obviously if i had more space i would just build a large ported box. Unfortunatley i have to work with the space i have. I did some measurments and i can get a total of 2.9 cubes. i see that L7's are rated .88 cubes sealed. i could get 3 12" l7's?!?! any opinions on this?
