quick way to get bigger

Anyone here do yoga?

I cant freaking stand it. Im doing p90x and every time yoga comes around I can only get through around half an hour max before stopping. And hour and a half is too long for any workout I think.

 
honestly up your protein intake to 2grams per pound you weigh per day, when you workout keep your compound moves such as bench press squats and deadlifts to no more than 3-5 reps. make sure you get plenty of rest between sets and also sleep as much as you can to help recover. a couple good stacks to try would be superpump 250 halodrol and size on by gaspari nutrition. and for a mutli-vitamin use animal pak

 
make as much noise as possible in the gym and drop the weights on the last rep.. and grunt after..

start jerking off in the middle of a workout session at the gym and yelling random people's names to add magic to the moment. You'll get quite the workout trying to stay in the gym as they try to throw you out of it.

Here is what you do. Eat protein every 2-3 hours at least, and lift hard heavy weights. You are going to add some fat, but you will feel massive if you eat like that for a few months.

These are the only supplements I take:

Glutamine

Protein

Creatine

If you eat every two hours, and lift hard you will grow. I've had times where I've thrown up because I chug a glass of crap when I really don't want to. Eat things like hard boiled eggs, and use a whole can of tuna on one sandwhich. I normally only take the shakes one in the morning, usually one before bed, and whenever I can't eat a meal for a few hours. This sounds insane, but it takes a lot more dedication than just get big fast, or whatever.

I've eaten cans of nasty *** tuna, and nothing in them just because they have tons of protein. I suggest boiling chicken to take with you wherever. Don't eat because it tastes good, and you're hungry. Eat food because it is the most anabolic substance you can put in your body.

I always shoot for 50 grams of protein at every meal.

work out 2hrs a day mon-sat. Rotate upper body day 1 3 5 and lower 2 4 6. On days 1 n 2 do 5 sets of 4 with heavy weight. 3 n 4 do 3 sets of 10 with lighter weight. Then do 2 sets of 10, set of 8, set of 6, set of 2, and 1. on days 4 and 5. Also Take A multivitamin 2x a day with NO-Xplode, and Glutamine for muscle and joint recovery. Lift weights for 1hr and 30min and do cardio for 30min.

FYI ur body expells any amount of daily protien that is over 20 grams. Protien is what makes your farts stink.

 
Coming from the guy that says to do cardio right after you say to lift weights for an hour and a half, I'll take it with a grain of salt. Go to a weight lifting forum and see if you should do cardio while bulking. The only reason they will say to do it will be to keep your heart healthy (and you can do that when you are cutting). I try not to lift weights for any longer than 45-60 minutes, after that you aren't focusing all that well, and are probably pretty spent. Lift HARD, and while your head is in it so you can constantly focus on your form.
