Here is what you do. Eat protein every 2-3 hours at least, and lift hard heavy weights. You are going to add some fat, but you will feel massive if you eat like that for a few months.
These are the only supplements I take:
Glutamine
Protein
Creatine
If you eat every two hours, and lift hard you will grow. I've had times where I've thrown up because I chug a glass of crap when I really don't want to. Eat things like hard boiled eggs, and use a whole can of tuna on one sandwhich. I normally only take the shakes one in the morning, usually one before bed, and whenever I can't eat a meal for a few hours. This sounds insane, but it takes a lot more dedication than just get big fast, or whatever.
I've eaten cans of nasty *** tuna, and nothing in them just because they have tons of protein. I suggest boiling chicken to take with you wherever. Don't eat because it tastes good, and you're hungry. Eat food because it is the most anabolic substance you can put in your body.
I always shoot for 50 grams of protein at every meal.
