bs, you don't have to workout 2 hours. 45 minutes is fine, just lift heavy. And you don't have to do it twice a day. After you're finished with your workout and you feel your muscles tightning up to the point they feel like they are going to explode, it is time to stop. Also, drink a protein shake right after the workout. It's all about how hard you push yourselflol, eat more healthy food and work out for 2 hours, morning and night, everyday
