quick way to get bigger

eat fatty foods and don't move much.. you will get huge!! after you get huge move around.. you will get a major work out moving all that weight around all day.. if you don't want heart problems just eat alot of carbs and don't do much

 
eat tons of protein and fattening foods. When you lift, lift really heavy and do negatives and drop sets after your workouts every week. I gained 6 pounds in two weeks doing this.

 
make as much noise as possible in the gym and drop the weights on the last rep.. and grunt after..

i doubt a bunch of crap would help you dude. im just as strong as my friend that takes creatine, frickin powerbars n crud. just eat healthy thats what i do. the harder you work the harder your body is my motto. i run around with cucumbers in a bag n shit lol. but dude str8 up, dedication and constance to the weights and i promise youll get bigger. take my word it happened to me

 
lol, eat more healthy food and work out for 2 hours, morning and night, everyday
bs, you don't have to workout 2 hours. 45 minutes is fine, just lift heavy. And you don't have to do it twice a day. After you're finished with your workout and you feel your muscles tightning up to the point they feel like they are going to explode, it is time to stop. Also, drink a protein shake right after the workout. It's all about how hard you push yourself

and don't even lift without a spotter, it's almost pointless when trying to get big
