quick sub question ASAP

so my re sr's arent quite fitting in my box. the magnet sides are hitting, not the back. i was wondering if i could run the subs with out the rubber surrunding on the magnents. thanks for the help

you can run without the boot but that seems way too close...

the box seems it isnt suitable for the sub, build a new one to spec, if you just go jamming a sub into any box your going to seriously affect the output

yes its just for protection from impacts and looks

^^^^this an most likely you will kill the subs as well. what is the size of the box?

its from sub thump for a crew cab chevy

the sub and box dont exactly agree

kinda pisses me off but ill work with it tomorrow and seee what i can do

might have to redo the back
