Quick sub placement question.

Is this ok? The subs are gonna be pretty close to the end of the port, maybe like a couple inches at most from it.

Will the subs have less control than the normal way of doing it, i.e. subs mounted on front baffle?

There a reason that they have to be there rather than farther down on that panel of the box?

Besides personal preference, just the fact I have a hatchback and this will aim the subs directly at rear glass.

Unless you would think that facing the subs towards rear with the port would provide atleast equal output to my original placement idea....

EDIT: Look at my sig, the subs would be placed right behind the rear seats. I think it'll look pretty cool.

it's always a good idea to keep the sub as far away from the port as possible, although not crutcial. why not turn the box so the port is on the side or on top?
