if i have 2 kicker CompVT 12" dual 4-ohm subs, do i need a 1-ohm amp?? or can i use a 2ohm? im havin a hell of a time finding a 1-ohm amp...and all the kicker buy1get1free dual 2-ohms are ****in out of stock...

also, what RMS for an amp do i need to connect this headunit and these speakers? i just want them to sound good, thats it!

(headunit) http://www.crutchfield.com/S-v3qdXS643Hf/cgi-bin/prodview.asp?i=130DEHP390&s=0&cc=01

(4 of these speakers) http://www.crutchfield.com/S-v3qdXS643Hf/cgi-bin/prodview.asp?i=1086812CF&s=0&cc=01

would a cheap 100-watt amp do the job for the speakers? again, i want it to sound good, not amazing--thanks

You can run the subs at either 1 or 4 ohms so find an amp that does power at either of those loads. No you cant run them at 2 ohms unless you run only one. As far as the other speakers I would say 50 x 4 would be plenty of power for them.

2 dual 4 ohm speakers will give you a one ohm load or four, depending on how you wire em. Those infinity's are 60w rms @ 4 ohms. Saying something sounds good but not amazing is hard to differientiate. Look for a decent two-channel that will do 50X2@4ohms.
