Questions to ask an installer?

Alright, I have a guy lined up to do the install for my speakers. He is a certified installer at Circuit City(which is why I want to question him first, have heard some bad stories). I want to know what kind of questiosn I should ask to judge wether or not hes a good guy to have install these speakers.

I already know I am going to ask him if he solders connections, what tools and materials he will be using, and also if he would verbally walk me through the installation before he does it.

Any other things to ask him?

Ask him on how long has he been in the car audio industry..

Ask him what kind of cars and projects he worked on..

Ask him if he joined any comps..

I dont know.. im just typing whatever pops in my head.

instead of car audio say "12volt"

ask him how he is going to set the gains on your amp/s

this is a good question! because this could generate more money for him at a later point. know what i mean?
