Questions regarding my deck and 6x9s

Ok. I have a Pioneer Premier deck and my fader option is not working. I know it has something to do with the outputs being on the subwoofer, but I'm not 100% sure what to do.

Also, my 6x9s are not working. They are getting power, because the cone is vibrating but no music comes out.

I would also like to include that I have a 4ch amp for my speakers.

My guess is, is that the 6x9s are wired properly but the deck is just faded to the front for some reason. BUT, my fader option isn't working. What should I do? I'm so lost //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

What RCAS do you have running to the 4 channel amp ?

you might have the polarities reversed for the 6x9's so they cancel eachother out

well I always thought that you had 2 outputs: full range speakers and subwoofer. and if the output channel is on subwoofer, then that would mean the full range speaker isn't on which would be why the 6x9s aren't working. But in all honesty, I have no idea.

What do you mean? Are you asking what the brand name RCAs I am using?

Do you mean I have a neg in a pos spot? Or I have the left speakers plugged into the right speakers input?

speakers are plugged in right. Except on the 4ch amp it says ch3 and ch4 are bridged.. how does this affect anything?

Does your amp have a subwoofer output? If it does, then you probably have 3 pairs of rcas r/w for the fronts r/w for the rear and one non fading r/w for the sub (generally respectively from top to bottom). From what you said, it looks like you don't have a sub. So you want to have two sets of rcas one for the fronts one for the rears, all going to the four channel amp and the woofer preout ports on the pioneer deck should be empty. Then the speaker wires from the amp go to their respective speakers.
