Questions about Big 3 upgrade?

My bro is getting read to do the big 3 on his Lincoln Town Car. There is like 3 cords already connecting to the ground I want to use. There are wires that are connected to the fuse box from the alt. Do I just ignore these wires? This shit is confusing.

you can always add on top of factory wiring. It wont hurt. and pics of what you are talking about will help.

clean the stock ground and use it as for the fuse box run your wire from alt to batt you can fuse if you want its not necessary but it is a nice precaution to practice
