Idk why, but I'm just not understanding lol. So at 40 hz tuning it will play as low and as strong as say a btl tuned to 33hz?

from what i hear tuning to 40hz is best. will go as low as you need it too.

Hey guys, so i just ordered a 15" Audioque HD3 off a guy on ROE, and its been reconed using the new C Series Softparts, im going to be running it off a Power Acoustik A3000DB @ 1 ohm which is rated at 2300W RMS, but probobly around 1800 - 2000, im just wondering if this is fine for a daily setup, or should i buy a second PA and strap the two on the sub for a power output in the 3K range somewere, or if thats too much for it daily?

I would like to say that there is no way in the world that the subwoofer you are buying has the new C soft parts. Some of them won't even work on the original HD3.

This is true.If u tune low u will have a harsh roll off,u also lose alot of sq.
