Questions about Absolute headunit installation

I bought the Absolute DT-450B headunit for my girlfriend for Christmas. It is a Double DIN headunit. My questions are..

1.) Do I need to buy a trim kit for it? She has a 1999 Nissan Altima.

2.) I bout the iCable from Monster for her iPod Touch. There is no USB port, but there is 1 set of rear RCA A/V inputs and 1 set of rear audio RCA inputs. Is it possible for the iCable to work from one of these?

I know absolutely nothing about installing a headunit, I just need to make sure I have everything I need for it to be installed.

The cable should work, but yes you need a double din dash kit

Since the iCable would come from the back of the headunit, how would I get the cable to connect to the iTouch from the dash?
