Speaker Terminals resistance?

Is the resistance a big deal if I use speaker terminals vs. just drilling a hole running the speaker wire through the back of the box? I already have the biggest speaker terminals that Radio Shack has, but thinking about not using them. What should I do?

I already have AQ subs and they are setup the same way.

I use terminals. If you're on a quest to gain every 1/10th of a decibel don't use'em, but if not then you're golden.
