question on 2 sub wire hook up

my cousin has two dvc dual p3s and he only has a 2ohm stable amp so he cant run them at 1ohm obviously so i believe the best way is to run them at 4ohm...but can anyone tell me what would happen if u ran the subs 1 at 2ohm and the other at 8 ???

one would be really loud, the other would not, you would most likely overheat the amp as well.

are these 4 ohm coils?

yes both r....thanks alot i thought it sounded alittle weird...i mean it hits good and sounds decent but when u watch the subs hit...one of them hits kinda weird...so i guess i have to run them at 8 each and split to 4

is this a 2 channel amp?

if so, just parallel each channel to one sub (both coils) this will run you at 2 ohm stereo.
