you might want to go with more power if you want the most out of those subs. my 15" FI Q rated for 1500, sounded okay with 1500rms, but really shined with 2k+ on it for daily use and mines didn't have upgraded cooling or power.

So you would run this 3k at 1ohm and after rise it should be around 2400 or so

Cheap stuff no longer come across as impressive to me anymore when I learned the fact that none of them are built to last. The last cheap amp I bought was the AP30001D (the black 16v capable version), worked fine for me for 3 months, sold it to some kid and he blew it after 2 months.

And that couldn't have been user error? Cheap amps are cheap for a reason, but it doesn't always mean it's because they aren't durable.

If you look at the guts of that amp you can tell where they saved their money, the amp gurus can tell you more in detail but it just doesn't seem like it can withstand low voltage (like dipping below 11.5v) or short circuit such as when a coil melts. Did it sound good? Yeah it sounded fine, in fact it sounded similar to my USA-2000X I had at the time although the AP can't do full range and is class D instead of class AB like the 2000X. I treated my AP amp like a 11 month old baby because I was seriously worried that it'll die if it isn't operating in optimal condition, aka never letting the voltage dip below 12v, I never even maxed out the amp.

....and it died in the hands of a 2nd owner. I felt kinda bad, but I forgot about it in like a week.

What's your budget and what are you looking after? Color of the amp, certain features, power levels, etc...

AMP GURU'S PLEASE CHIME IN AND TELL ME BEFORE I BUY THIS AMP.... WAS THINKING OF GETTING A ZRX3000D AS I TORTURE TESTED ME ZRX2000D AND IT LASTED... BUT I WAS GONNA GIVE THIS A TRY, I KNOW EVERYBODY SAID THE GUTS WERE WAY BEEFIER THAN A AP3000

Im going to get one in the near future. They are not very efficient but do clean power i seen a guy running 2 of them and burped a 154.9 sealed on the dash with 4 zv 15s. The score would have been better but dodge magnums are kinda hard to get loud... But thats not a bad sealed score. With a door open id say he would have done 56 or better

Color lol it could be pink and I wouldn't care I care about nice clean **** looking power ftw I just have no experience in these lesser quality amps we can say yes they are clear but we can't say this comes close to a dc3.5k or a sundown so lets just keep it at entry level budget amp for the money is this a pretty kick *** amp
