PRS-D5000SPL how many watts @ 3 ohms load??

I just brought my pioneer PRS-D5000SPL amp last monday and it says..

CEA2006 Specifications:

• 750 Watts x 1, at 4 ohms

• 1500 Watts x 1, at 2 ohms

• 60 dBA Signal-to-Noise Ratio (Reference: 1 Watt Output)

My question is, how much rms power it will give at 3 ohms load? Bcoz my subwoofer is JBL w12Gti and it is dual 6 ohms.

Should be around 1100... for those specs (if this is the pioneer amp you my friend have the wrong spec sheet though)

I think he means that you have the wrong sheet lol! I thought the 5000spl pioneer amp did alot more than that rms wise. Also isnt that amp 1 ohm stable???

i think it is 2 ohms stable.

I don't think that that amp is overrated... i haven't used it though but from what i've heard that amp is seriously underrated...

I'm thinking to buy a PRS-D3000SPL

Yeah sorry you had the correct specs, for some reason I thought those were the specs for the 3000spl

none of the pioneer amps are over rated .....

whenever u see CEA SPEACIFICATIONS... means that amp will put out its rated power
