Proper component speaker tuning help

Ok, I have the DDC components and an eclipse EA2000 amp for them. RMS on the comps is 80, the amp puts out 60x2, yet it still seems to distort (bass wise) and doesnt seem to be as loud as it should. My stock speakers without an amp got louder than this. So I must be doing something wrong. Any websites, or tips, is greatly appreciated. Thx in advance.

lame. Yea, I know. A bit impatient. But I have limited time today due to the rain and would like to get it done as soon as possible.
