Don't understand why it has to be removable. This car will be rocked until its death and eventual salvage yard home. Even if it was a car I might sell down the road, I'd just throw some cheap jensen comps in and sell the bish that way. I don't like pods that just bolt to the panel. For one they protrude out further to get proper volume and they have an ugly seam.

they wouldnt protrude out further, and chances are the glass is going to separate from the plastic and thats an uglier seam, unless you rough the whole bottom section of the panel with some 80 grit and glass the entire section.

LMAO! I would say no problem, but what is the point to putting pods on doors that may never be used.

You must have missed where I said the whole lower section will be blended in with it(meaning glassed) and I will rivet it just like suggested. In order for my drivers I am using to fit I would have to protrude them further to get enough volume, so I don't know how you say it wouldn't. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif They would stick out another inch to get a proper mounting depth for the woofer. With the riveting and the fact that the back of the pod screws into the doors sheet metal, I am confident it won't separate. If it does, I will get some cheap panels from the salvage yard and go at it again. thats why it is practice.

200 AMP. Tested for 105@ idle. Not the biggest power source out there, but I think it should be plenty for my Power1000. I know it will definitely be an improvement over the stock 80AMP

Thats exactly how i felt so, i went ahead and purchased the db alt. about idk 6 or 7 months ago and has worked great, ever since..

In rainy season(now) it last more than 15 mins Just had a system roll through with constant rain for 2 days now.

1 layer of cloth and some body filler and sanding.

I put a coat of paint on and have 2 problems. I see more sanding to be done and this paint finish isn't exactly what cap depicts.
