which way to fire the port?

Im thinkg about running one 15 inch BTL in a cavalier at 5.0 cubes tuned to 35hz... The sub woofer is going to have to face upwards but i was wondering where the port should fire?? i had planned to make it face towards the cabin with the seat down?? but would it be any louder face the trunk lid?? thanks

I'm pretty sure that I'm correct when i say that this has been beaten to death..

In my knowledge about trunk cars, I would say if you decide to fire the sub up, then shoot the port back. If you decide to put the back seat down and fire into the cabin then slant the front of the face and fire both port and sub forwards.
