that comment was simply because there are millions of threads about fiberglass and all that good stuff. im not saying his work is shoddy or anything, im just saying he was a bit messy. it was more of sarcasm than anything.

Ah so I am back, and back working on the car. I have the doors to finish, and I want to add another amp to the subwoofer system. I've made some changes and fixed some issues recently:

Fixed air leaks in the box, only a couple between the seams of the box, the rest were from missing screws.

Sealed the box instead of the trunk baffle.

Rewired all the speakers and re-glued the spiders with epoxy on 12 of them.

I've got my hands on an electric sander and hit the doors with some 40 grit to get things rolling on those.

I've bought more components and component amps to further my goal of 3 sets/3 amps. But the sht is expensive.

I need to get more power wire and hook up my other battery along with buying 1-2 more batteries.

Need 1 more 3000D, 1 more component set, and 1 more component amp.

No, I haven't metered it. But it isn't really an spl box, I haven't tried tuning a box to my car's res. freq. to get the highest possible number. It's a Daily driver.
