problem with woofer (re)

if you cant push in on the cone, check the magnets to make sure they are all aligned. if it gets dropped in shipping, it can happen where one of them may shift a bit, pinching the coil, and holding it in place.

dont run any more power to it because it will not be aboe to cool, and it will burn up real fast, if ti hasnt already.

is the cone pushed all the way out? - it might have jumped the gap too.

 
I have the same exact problem with one of my 12" CVR's, it seems as if the cone is rubbing or sticking on something and i have to use force to push it in. What is the problem and what can we do?
