I got my system finally up and working (somewhat) got new set of comps in front doors hooked up to a 5 channel amp. No sub yet and no rear speakers, went back and checked all wire connections 3 times and made sure everything was snug and tight. System sounds great but then in the middle of a song the sound gets muffled and gets a bit lower stays like that for a bit then goes back to normal then happens again (basically it is intermitant). I have the radio volume at around 40/63 with gain on amp between 1/2 - 3/4.
I am curious what would cause that? Anyone have any Ideas? My inital thought was that maybe it has to do with voltage somewhere seeing as I have a stock alt and stock battery, but the lights never dim or anything when it happens, so I'm stumped. Rather get the opinions of others who know a hell of alot more then I do.
