Problem with Prs-x720

this is whats going down. i have a prs-x720 amp hooked up to my (2) tsw-spl2000 subs. I have a deep cycle battery from Rockford 1100amp. i have 1 fard cap too. and my lights are demining and my stock volt meter goes to the "H" i have grounded everything to my frame of my truck. made holes throught the bottom of the body so i can do that......... what going on?????
