Problem with Pioneer deh-9860mp

i installed the unit yesterday but the button to change the display isnt working, the display is there just fine but i cant change it. i was wondering if it may be one of the wires not connected, i think i didnt hook up the orange and white wire because i wasnt sure what it went to or if its just that the button doesnt work.

If I'm not mistaken the orange and orange/white wire is your dimmer wire, but I could be mistaken. For the button not to be working thats a azz scratcher on me, good luck with it dude. Later.......
