Problem with PDX 4.150, can someone here repair it??

Hooked a used 4.150 amp up this afternoon and I got no output from any channel. Installation was correct verified by another amp. Blue light on the amp comes on but no output. Any ideas?? Anybody here work on these?? Please PM me or post here if so.

Everything was hooked up properly. RCA's and all. With the gain turned all the way up I could feel the sub responding but that is all. It wasn't pushing it at all.

Check your Filter setup. Your gains are probably to low.
