My old Eclipse head unit died. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif So I replaced it with a Pioneer MVH-P7300, but when ever I drive over a really bad bump, it causes a noise that sounds like a rock hitting a windshield.

Sometimes it's bad enough to cause the sound to shut off completely. The head unit still works, just no sound. I can get the sound to start again by removing and reinstalling the face plate.

I'm running the head unit through an old (like 10+ years old) 4 channel 120 watt Sony amp that was hooked up to my Eclipse.

Anyone know how to fix this.
