ok this problem is gay, when i turn the volume up past a certain level and listen to it for a while the volume shuts off, the video and everything plays, but theres no sound and i have to turn it off then back on to listen to it again, i dont really want to send it off to get a new one cuz that might not even be the problem, and it will take like 2 weeks, also im running a powerbase comp set, but it did it before that...... its only like 13 wrms to each channel, think if i amp the PBX comp set it wouldnt do that, im sure all my wires are done correctly, with no frays touching anything,.....

I am serious. I work at CC and have to deal with their BS a lot, it's redic how many we've had that are just plain DOA...or with individual stupid problems...

yea two of my friends have the same problem...and not only that the sub inputs or rcas dont work either on either of them i think they dont work on all of them

I honestly dont know the answer. Try taking it back to where ever you bought it, or to another reputable shop. Last thing, call jensen's tech support and ask them if they know.

Step 1: Turn of power

Step 2: Remove radio

Step 3: See how far you can throw it

Step 4: Purchase new stereo

it was with dam sounddomain.com there has to be another way around it, rather than waitin 3 weeks without a radio, we all know sounddomain sucks with shipping....
