Problem with Gooddeals18.com

I ordered a refurbished amplifier from them in March. When I hooked up the amp the other day, I noticed there were issues with the speaker outputs (bad feedback).

I contacted them 3 days ago via email, and I have received no answer. Their number only has the place order and product information options....no cusotmer service option (need to use contact for).

They offer a one year warranty. These guys are also on Ebay.

I paid with credit card....if in a week they dont answer Im going to report them.

Do you all think I have a case?

 
You would report them for what? Depending on which credit card you used they may not cover it since it was refurb. I would call them up acting like i was going to place an order then explain your situation. Or contact them through ebay.

report them for selling me a defective amp and not contacting me about the problem?

I left them a message (no one iwas available to take my call).

Ive even sent them a message on Ebay...I remember how quick they were to respond to my questions when I was interested in buying the amp.

Hopefully my credit card statement is good enough.
