Problem with audio system

Hi, I have a problem with my system in my truck. When its cold out I dont get any sound out of my speakers. After about half an hour or so when my truck warms up, it kicks on, its distorted at first, and after a little longer it sounds normal again, when I do get sound it cant be loud or it sounds bad. The only sound I get at all is bass, and it seems to not be the full amount of bass I would get out of it normaly. I have 2 amps in my truck, one for my speakers, and one for my subs. Im not sure if its the amp or the cd player, its a pioneer cd player. Thank you guys!

I'm guessing this wouldn't happen when it's warm out. Park in a garage. I'd guess if it's something cold and the HU will turn on it'd be the amp. Don't take my word for it though I could be wrogn

durning the time your system is off. is the deck on? are teh amps powered up?
