Problem with Amp Need to Fix

I have an Xtant X604e 4 channel amp...

I tried looking on their website and looking for a troubleshooting guide to no avail.

My problem is that my Xtant amp power LED keeps blinking on and off...I have no sound. my amp turns on I can hear the fans going but I have no sound through my amp. If anyone can give me any input on how to fix this please give me some info...
