problem w/ sealing subs to box

i need a vacation...
ok ive got 2 RF HE2 12's and let me tell you these things hit!! This is where the problem lies. You see they hit so **** hard that now the screws holding the subs to the box are vibrating loose lately ive had to tighten down my subs at least once every couple days to keep a good seal around the lip of the subs.

So if anyone could help me out with some tips or tricks to keep the mounting screws from coming out i would greatly appreciate it and you would be my car audio god!!

 
what type of material is the box made of? how thick of material is the box? what screw types you using?
