I have a PDX-4.100 amp. I bought it to use for front and rear speakers but I was wondering if I can possibly use 2 of the channels for a decent sub (suggestions for a sub please if it's possible) instead of getting rear fill. Or should I just start saving up (it'll take me a long time) for a separate amp and good sub?

Yeah you can do that. It would put out about 200 rms with the back two channels bridged so a single 10" would be your best choice for a sub.
