Look at that, the surround is blue on the inside. Bad call on not keeping it all blue.

Was kinda pretty, and on fire and all that $hit!

Pioneer makes some of the greatest subs. However, they just don't have the punch that other subs have for the same price. Sound quality is really good though, but for the same price, you can find a few other subs that sound better.

Actually, in it's day, pioneer ruled the SPL sub wars. What really killed Pio's high end stuff in the US is they whored out Pioneer to anyone and everyone willing to sell it. The brand suffered terribly and one of the main reasons they only sell there really good stuff in the Asiana and European markets.

Pioneer is one of the few companies that actually have their own extensive R&D from A-Z, located in Japan. Pretty amazing place. If you ever visit, they do tours and it's impressive what they do there.

To little to late in the US and they paid dearly for it.
