he kills people for not paying attention. and he also BROKE THE LAW by smoking marijuana, whether you tihnk its a fair law or not, its a law. You live in america, you choose to put yourself under those laws, so why not follow them, its your falt you are here.

This is depressing. A friend I knew in high school flipped his jeep and watched his girlfriend die right in front of him, he was drunk. he was underage...i guess we should change the law so he gets less penalties? no, he should get thrown in jail for making a bad choice.

I agree that in no way was cannabis the reason that this person wrecked. Now if he was smoking while driving I could understand. I have smoked before and been too impaired to drive, but that was after quite a bit of MJ.

Really tho, I dont see how anyone that complaines about weed isnt pushing legislation to outlaw drink and tabacco, those put you in a altered state but we dont hear anyone complaining about those except for second had smoke and Im betting more deaths and accidents are cause by drinking than weed.

do you know how ****ing stupid you are, its a 16yr olds fault hes here, no its your fault hes here. First you need to kill his parents, then adopt him. After youve done that take your hard earned money and buy him a plane ticket and send him elsewhere.

Your friend is a completly diffrent story, he was drunk at the time of the accident if Im reading right. This kid wasnt in the slightest way high, dont say I dont know that because the drug test would have showed he was if it was so.

Pretty soon people are going to start getting sued for listening to their radio while driving if they get in a accident or having a distracting paintjob, and Ill bet the first one will be someone with a system. All because of tight ***** that think their sooo perfect that they can point fingers at everyone.

Nope you perfecty's are at 10 and 2 at all times, always leave 1 car length at stop lights and 2 while driving have never drove without everything on the car in perfect working order or anything else
