hey maybe you can help

on a fet in my kenwood amp all it says is K3662 and then under it it says 4B

i have tried typing it into amillion things and cant seem to find the replacement part.

is there something i am missing?

how do you find out info about them when all it says are a bunch of numbers that wont come up in any search engine?
