Well I guess they could still be humans because they would have the right to walk on their hands or something like that.

What about quadriplegics though, they would only have the right to travel downhill, as they couldn't roll up hill. Would they still be humans since they only have the right to one way transportation?

It is illegal for an ER to refuse service. If you need something, you'll get it.

This bill is epic fail all over it. Eventually the states pick up nearly half of the tab (just like medicare and medicaid) thus the states will have to RAISE taxes to pay for it. And according to the CBO it saves nothing with the probability to cost MORE. Nearly half the numbers in the figures are people who do not want health care or ar less than 4 months from getting health care anyway. The other 25% are illegal aliens which would end up dumping the LEGAL aliens. If you support this then you believe in forced welfare, limitted freedom of choice. Government can not MAKE you healthy or happy, the more money they take from you the less freedom you have to do as you wish.
