Yes, varying age is inflated for individuals and small group, but not for large group. And it is illegal to charge more for a smoker. It is discrimination, though the current proposal will create a loophole to slam smokers. I want to know why fat fucks don't get charged more? They are also the ones getting preventable illnesses.

Sure, but society isn't obligated to make sure you do so expediently. You are allowed to use your feet to do so and as long as you don't use them to walk over someone else's rights, such as property ownership.

It is illegal to hike the premiums for smokers, however it is not illegal to reward non-smokers with a lower rate.

sounds like semantics to me .. reminds me of the standard oil rebates..

smokers pay more because they are smokers.
