a frind of mine owns a 911 turbo... now i was out playin around in it. got to shifting it a little too hard and broke the clip that the shifter connects to...

anyone ever brake one of those???? if you ask me it seams like something that is easily broken???

but other thaen that **** is that car quick!!!!!

it's right under the shifter in the car. it's like a ball joint.. i have seamed to break one of the walls in it cause it will clip back on but whenever you shift into 2nd, 4th it pop's off again?

need to find a new one

I believe you are talking about the linkage assembly but i am not certain.

I just remember helping my friend fix what he called the linkage and it was basically what connected the shifter to the rods going to the transmission.

I was about 15 and this was about a decade ago.
