first off, i have an s10, so space is limited... so i've decided to go with a 5 channel amp, 2 channels for the mids (dayton rs180), 2 for the tweets (undecided), and the mono going to my id12d4v3.

i'd like about 60-70w rms @4 ohms to each driver in the front, and 200-300w rms @2 ohms for the sub..

also, the amp needs to be able to lowpass the sub, bandpass the mid between roughly 80 and 2khz, and highpass the tweet at somewhere around 2khz, possibly 2.5.

which brings us to my last question. whats a good tweet that will play as low as about 2khz?

would this amp work?

I think generally people recommend a separate amp for your front stage and sub stage...correct me if I am wrong.

get two amps. lessin the load. the eclipse amp in my sig is very good for mids and highs

Kicker makes a 5 channel that is pretty good. zx series get on ebay for about $220. Better than hifonics.

the eclipsed amp im my sig is also nice tought to find tho or atleast was to me but a 5 chan would work but i wouldnt recommend hifonics check the JL one it seemed pretty nice also i maybe wrong but soundstream migh have a nice one
