Plexi Install, HELP!?

Ok riten ow i havem y box working witohout plexi cause iwanted to hear it and its a pretty**** good box now forthe hard park installing the plexi. How am i suppose to put in two plexi wondos over where the subs are loacated weh the plexi isthe saem thickenss as the wood? u cant just acut a hole and silicone it in cause it would pop out and there there is nowehre to screw it too and it would be hard to put in supports or something. thats my box in my avitar thing and i want to put in plexi 1 foot by 1 foot over where the sub s go which is where those shorter pieces of wood run stragiht across. I asked my grandpa and he was stumped on it he use to do woodworking for a career other than farming so if anyone could help???
