Please help with my single cab box build

Thanks for the help!! I have some questions tho (i dont mean to offend i just wanna know the real lol)

If i did 56.5” in width, the calculator says id have 3.206 cubes. Is the 22” long 6” round PVC tuned to 32hz with 3.206 cubes? Does that account for the port displacement? What port area should i be looking for? What thickness of PVC? Im such a noob (1st box build) is it possible for someone to explain to me in quick terms how you came up with 22” long and knew to extend the width of the box to 56.5? Lastly, is 3” from the wall of my truck enough space to let the port breathe? I know i am asking for alot, i really appreciate all the help so far!!

Here it is in torres... I used 1 window brace next to the center sub and another for port support... I'd do both subs on D/S and port on left side fire... hey it looks ok to me even with your power... I modeled port velocity in Winisd so it's really close

The only thing that might be an issue is how close to the sides the port will be, I think it'll be fine but maybe brace the port so the port end can be rounded as well as the exit and make it a window brace same as the other... airflow is important, I'd like to build this one myself... it'll like the details addressed and I think it'll be fine.

If you round the ends... itll change tuning slightly but still be about 33hz

So its a done deal!! 22” of 6” pvc with a 56.5” box

How about that part that says port thickness .75? Am i trippin?

Im about to call this a done deal and go buy MDF!

Any tips on mounting the pvc?

Just silicone?

Im assuming window brace means hollowed out piece ofwood with a cross section to support

Window brace is cut to allow airflow... like these...

Try to round all the edges for airflow and minimize the material used... as long as it's solid you'll be good

Mounting the pvc?... get a holesaw that matches the OD of 6" id pvc... it should fit well then and silicone would work

Best i could come up with is a 6" pvc... just rounded... not an aero... kinda close to the walls but its doable
22" long tuned to 33hz... both subs on drivers side... port on passenger side. side firing... box 56.5" wide... I'd try it
