Planet audio anarchy?

I was looking at this amp for my highs i wanted to know would this be a decent amp for my highs i'm not trying to do any comp i just want to be heard and clear looking to spend 100 or less because for some reason my planet audio pa3200 went into protect mode and will not get out, so i need a replacement amp i loved that amp it was beast on highs but help me you guys lol.
